Sorry about this long silence in the blog-world, people! Things have been close to chaos in here.

If I am to pin-point some specific reasons, let's mention the daily work-life for starters. The dudes of Desyre still goes to work, because the musician's life doesn't yet bring the (glutenfree or normal) bread to the table.

Some of the band have been working over hours like a doodle, due to the lack of the crew at the work place.

Some other has whipped himself nearly to death because of the journalistic deadline knocking on the door. And still trying to keep the Warning-project attached to his daily activities.

These and few other situations has caused the minor delay in the Warning-project, but now we are on it with the same burning fire like before.

This vortex also has bring some niceness into the camp. In the wee small hours of the morning (and sometimes in the middle of the day) new songs have appeared into the "shoebox". Some of them really rokk!

Grace under pressure, as they say. Hihii!


Here's some first-hand info about the progress:

Jayce and Mazi did the re-amping for the guitars in January the 4th. There might be still some adjustment to be done though. It was funny happening 'cause they were both weak from flu and the sessions lasted way longer than first anticipated. Check some pics at the bottom of this page.

After the re-amping, Mazi started to sing on the tracks and according to the rest of the band and some carefully selected outsiders, the sound has improved a lot.

Mike decided to dye his hair back to black. Mazi got carried away and did the same. Get a load of that! Hohoo!

What else... Hmm... Oh yeah! The cover song is really nice! Stay tuned!

Rokk vain! ^^

Sori tästä pitkästä hiljaiselosta blogi-maailmassa, jengi! Täällä on hommat olleet ajoittain aika kaaosta.

Jos nyt luetellaan erikseen jotain syitä tähän, niin vaikkapa työelämä voidaan mainita näin alkuun. Desyren vesselit kun käyvät ansiotöissä, koska ei tuo musisointi vielä kanna (gluteenitonta, tai normi) leipää pöytään.

Osa bändistä on tehnyt "maailman rankkaa" ylimääräistä tuntia viikkotolkulla, johtuen miehistövajeesta työpaikalla. Se se vasta hurjaa onkin.

Toinen taas on journalistisen deadlinen puskiessa päälle huhkinut itsensä kuoleman partaalle, yrittäen kuitenkin pitää Warning-projektin päivittäisissä askareissaan mukana.

Näistä ja muutamasta muusta hommelista johtuen Warning-projekti on hieman viivästynyt, mutta nyt sen kimpussa ollaan taas samalla palavalla innolla kuin aikaisemminkin.

Tämä kurimus on poikinut hyvääkin, koska yön hiljaisina tunteina (ja joskus keskellä päivääkin) on alkanut uusia värssyjä syntymään "kenkälaatikkoon". Ja niistä monet ovat ihan mukavaakin kuunneltavaa.

Tässä vähän ensikäden infoa tilanteen edistymisestä:

Jayce ja Mazi re-amppasivat kitarat tammikuun 4. päivä. Vielä jotain säätöä tehtäneen, jotta homma toimii kuten pitää. Se oli hassuhko sessio, koska kumpikin suhari oli heikkona flunssan jälkimainingeista ja hommat venyivät paljon pidempään, kuin alunperin oli tarkoitus.

Re-ampismin jälkeen Mazi aloitteli lauleskelemaan raitojen päälle. Bändin sekä muutaman muun tarkoin valitun ulkopuolisen korvan mukaan soundi on parantunut runsain mitoin.

Mike päätti värjätä lettinsä takaisin mustaksi! Mazi tuli perässä ja teki saman. Ai jummi! Hohoo!
